Pune Metro
Pune Metro is a rapid transit system serving Pune and Pimpri-Chinchwad in Maharashtra, India, built and operated by the Maharashtra Metro Rail Corporation Limited (Maha Metro). It began commercial operations on 6 March 2022 and currently runs two operational lines, the Purple Line (PCMC Bhavan to Swargate) and the Aqua Line (Vanaz to Ramwadi), covering 28 operational stations. A third line (Pink Line, Hinjawadi to District Court) and extensions of both existing lines are under construction as of mid-2026.
